Your answer for question 4 is incorrect. It is impossible to know what the process width is without sufficient data to calculate process capability and establish upper and lower control limits.
The simple fact that a batch of parts ranges from 9.8 to 10.7 does mean that the process width is 0.9.
Your answer for number 5 is also incorrect. Normal Distribution is not a requirement for calculating process capability. Also, data is not taken from a random sample, it should be taken from a stratified sample throughout the production run. Taking a random sample would skew the data.
